Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    The last 15 minutes of baking, add crushed potato chips on top.
