Country Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground pork
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ground black pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. safflower oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except oil and pat mixture into 8 small cakes.
    Heat oil in large skillet and fry cakes about 20 minutes, turning until brown and crisp on both sides.
    Serves 4.
