Peanut Butter Health Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 2/3 c. milk
1 c. raisins
Preparation

In medium bowl, stir flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in egg.
Gradually add milk.
With mixer on low, beat in dry ingredients until smooth.
Stir in raisins.
