Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
12 oz. container Cool Whip
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate.
Stir in peanut butter and brown sugar.
Cool slightly and then stir in 3/4 of Cool Whip.
Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over pie.
