White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white beans, soaked overnight
    6 c. chicken broth
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 (4 oz. each) cans chopped green chilies
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 c. diced, cooked chicken breast
    3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Drain soaked beans.
    Put beans, chicken broth, garlic and half of the onions into a large soup pot.
    Bring to a boil; cover, lower heat and simmer until beans are soft, about 3 hours, adding more broth, if necessary.
