Quick Mix Pepperoni Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped pepperoni
    1/2 c. grated sharp or Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 1/4 c. hot water (125~ to 130~)
Preparation
    Set aside 1 cup flour.
    Mix together remaining ingredients, including yeast, in a large bowl.
    Stir in margarine and water into dry mixture.
    Mix in only enough flour to make very thick batter. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
    Turn batter into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Let rise in warm draft-free place until double in size, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Check for doneness.
    Remove and cool on wire rack.
