Baked Beans With Green Pepper And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked navy beans
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 medium size onions, chopped
    2 medium size green peppers, chopped
    3 grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash beans, cover with water and cook until soft.
    Drain, not too dry.
    Add salt and bacon drippings.
    Mix in baking dish the beans, brown sugar, onions, green pepper and grated carrots.
    Add catsup.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for one hour or until as dry as desired.
