Cabbage Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped with liquid reserved
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
10 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion.
Drain off any fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer, 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Serves 8.
