Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise to taste
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can pimento, chopped
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. chopped celery or 2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water with onion.
    Remove chicken; drain and set onions aside.
    Chop chicken; salt and pepper to taste. Combine chicken, onion and mayonnaise to taste.
    Add celery, lemon juice, pimento, eggs and soup.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Top with almonds, potato chips and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
