Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 packets instant grits, cooked as directed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/2 stick margarine (4 Tbsp.)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    While grits are still hot, add cheeses and margarine.
    Allow to cool; add eggs and milk.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    This dish can be made ahead of time, frozen and reheated.
    Serves 6 to 8.
