12-Hour Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    2 large onions, sliced thin and separated
    1 green pepper, quartered and sliced thin
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Layer half of cabbage, onions and green pepper.
    Sprinkle half of sugar over vegetables.
    Repeat.
    Let stand while making dressing.
