Microwaved Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. small bread cubes

Preparation

In a 2-cup casserole, slightly beat eggs.
Add sugar and blend.
Pour in milk and blend with salt and cinnamon.
Add raisins and bread cubes.
Dot with butter.
