Carrot Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat first 3 ingredients.
    Add next 3 ingredients; add remaining ingredients and blend.
    It's much easier to use Cusinart or blender for carrots.
    Lightly grease 2 loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
