Sauerkraut And Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) jars kraut
1 large onion, sliced
3 to 4 lb. ribs
1/2 c. ketchup
water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Rinse kraut and put in roaster.
Top kraut with onion slices and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Add water so it is almost to the top of the kraut in the pan.
Brown ribs in skillet and lay on top of kraut.
Mix in a large measuring cup ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, and then fill the cup with water so the mixture measures a total of 1 cup.
Mix and pour over ribs and kraut.
Put in oven for 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
