Strombolis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1/2 lb. chopped meat
    1 can stewed tomatoes without juice
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    4 oz. Mozzarella
    garlic
Preparation
    Brown meat, pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons oil with garlic. Add tomatoes.
    Drain all liquid so mixture is very dry.
    Flatten out crescent rolls into 1 sheet, mush seams together so there are no holes.
    Place meat and vegetable mixture on one half and bring other side over.
    Press edges together.
    Cook 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
    Serves 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. Repeat recipe to make more Strombolis as needed.
