Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium ripe avocados
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can medium pitted black olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

Layer on platter in this order:
Spread bean dip on a large, shallow serving platter.
Peel, pit and mash avocados.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; mix in separate bowl.
Layer avocado mixture over bean dip, then layer taco seasoning mixture over avocado layer.
Top with green onions, tomatoes and sliced black olives, then sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top of dip mixture.
Serve with large, round tortilla chips.
