Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Slowly add scalded milk and stir until well blended. Pour into unbaked, deep, 9-inch pie shell. Bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
