Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add vanilla, then add milk and coconut.
Grease two 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
