Tammy'S Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. boneless chicken breast strips
    2 eggs
    buttermilk
    flour, salt and pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add enough buttermilk to cover the chicken strips. Stir. Coat chicken strips and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove chicken strips from mixture and shake off excess.
    Dip in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and the seasoned salt. Deep fry until chicken strips are golden brown and drain on a paper towel.
