Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 or 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cut potatoes into large pieces.
Combine all ingredients, except butter; shake in a large bag.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put potatoes in one layer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn once during baking.
