Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. soft butter or oleo
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. dill seed
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Drain cottage cheese in sieve.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix all ingredients well and let rise in same bowl until doubled. Work down with spoon and transfer to 2 oiled loaf pans.
    Let rise again.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
