Plains, Georgia Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 small onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. pecans, chopped
strawberry preserves

Preparation

Mix cheese, onion, pecans and mayonnaise together.
Mold mixture with a spoon or hands into a ring.
Fill the center with strawberry preserves. Serve with Ritz crackers.
Refrigerate.
