Spinach Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
3 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped spinach, cooked
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, nutmeg and red pepper
Preparation

Remove shells.
Cut eggs in half; remove yolks.
Mix yolks with ingredients; beat until smooth, adding a little cream if necessary.
Sprinkle red pepper for garnish.
