Easy Combination In A Pastry Shell - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells
spices to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c. any of the following: cooked shrimp, lump crabmeat, crawfish tails, scallops, chicken or 1 to 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, broccoli, etc.
Preparation

Make the white sauce by melting butter in a large skillet. Take off the heat and add flour to make a paste.
Add milk, return to heat and stir constantly until thick and smooth.
