Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix everything together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 35 minutes or until browned slightly.
    Let stand 2 or 3 minutes and cut into 1-inch squares. Serve warm as hors d'oeuvres.
