Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. season salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
well
except
for 1 cup of pecans. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
Best if chilled a day or two ahead of serving time.
