Rocky Mt. Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cream or half and half
    cinnamon
    apples
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Spread 1/2 mixture evenly in bottom of pie pan.
    Line pan with quartered or halved apples, cut side up. Spread remaining sugar mixture on apples.
    Drizzle cream over apples.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
