Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. water
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on each side; drain.
    Arrange potatoes in a 9 x 12-inch casserole, lightly coated with nonstick spray.
    Mix water, soup and sour cream in small bowl; pour over potatoes. Arrange pork chops on top.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
