Caesar Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 cloves garlic
    pepper
    3 qt. torn, crisp and dry romaine leaves
Preparation
    Remove\tcrusts\tfrom bread and spread butter lightly on each side.
    Place
    in large skillet over moderate heat.\tAdd a little of\tthe
    remaining\tbutter.
    Brown\tbread on each side, drain on paper
    towels
    and\tcube.
    Beat
    eggs slightly.
    Add olive\toil, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, mustard, pepper and garlic.\tBeat until
    blended.
    Toss
    romaine,
    dressing
    and croutons.
