Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
    garlic salt to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. saltines, crushed
    4 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Chop squash and onion; cook until tender and drain well.
    Mix in all other ingredients and stir in saltines.
    Place in buttered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
