Somen Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head leaf lettuce
    1/2 lb. fresh mushroom
    1 small cucumber
    1/2 small green pepper
    1/2 thinly sliced onion
    2 medium carrots, grated
    4 hard-cooked, boiled eggs, sliced
    Somen noodle or Soba noodle (if you don't have, you can use thin spaghetti)
    3 or 4 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Rinse lettuce.
    Drain well.
    Tear into small pieces.
    Clean and slice mushrooms.
    Rinse cucumber, green pepper, onion and tomatoes, sliced.
    Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Garnish with green onions.
