Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Pour butter over sugar. Add eggs and vinegar.
Mix well.
Fold in remaining filling ingredients.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
