Turnip Greens Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Bush's chopped turnip or mustard greens, drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    bread crumbs
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together except crumbs and cheese.
    Spoon into casserole, cover top with bread crumbs and cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This dish multiplies well for a big crowd.
    Serves 6 to 8.
