Spam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 to 12 oz.) can Spam
    4 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
    1 carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. croutons
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cube Spam into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes.
    Put into a pan.
    Add cooled, cubed potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper as desired.
    Add chopped onion.
    Mix well with sour cream.
    Before serving, add croutons (do not refrigerate with croutons, they will get mushy). Serve directly on plate or on lettuce leaf as garnish.
