Banana Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. apple butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg substitute
    2 bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
