Patsy'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
whipped cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add baking powder and sugar to egg whites.
Add nuts and crackers.
Mix together.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Set and let cool, then put Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
