Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw bean sprouts
    6 large stalks celery
    2 large onions
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 lb. raw shrimp (any meat)
    2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. crushed ginger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch in 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil.
    After rinsing off sprouts, simmer for ten minutes.
    Bias cut celery and onions into semi-large pieces.
    Add to sprouts and simmer another five minutes.
    While you are cooking the vegetables, cut meat into whatever size pieces you desire.
