Ingredients

3 (3 oz.) envelopes unsweetened chocolate, premelted
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In large mixer bowl combine chocolate, coffee, butter, brown sugar, egg, sour cream, flour, soda, salt and 1/3 cup coconut. Mix on lowest speed until a dough forms.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets 12 to 15 minutes.
Frost warm. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
