Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen, boiled and deboned
1 c. onion, chopped fine
2 to 4 slices dry white bread
8 raw eggs, beaten
2 cans cream of chicken soup
10-inch skillet cornbread
1 c. celery, chopped fine
3 to 4 c. rich broth
1 Tbsp. sugar
sage and seasoning to taste
Preparation

Crumble both breads into a large pan; pour 2 to 3 cups broth over breads.
Cook celery and onion in remaining broth until tender (oleo can be used instead).
Add this to bread, then sage and seasonings.
Lastly, add eggs and sugar; gradually add soup and broth until desired consistency.
Punch deboned chicken into dressing.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Check after 30 minutes.
Remove cover to brown.
