Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. salmon, boned and flaked
    liquid from salmon plus milk to make 3/4 c.
    1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    Blend egg into salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into pan.
    Pat into shape. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Garnish with lemon wedges.
