Never Fail Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. cold water
Preparation

Blend well.
Place in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Place in oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
