Easy Egg Custard - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. ???
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix well with whisk.
Pour in custard cups.
