Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. dry onion or 1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
6 to 8 potatoes
Preparation

Make mashed potatoes with potatoes and part of milk.
Save remaining milk for cheese sauce.
Cook noodles 10 minutes; rinse with warm water and set aside.
Cook margarine, milk, onion and cheese until melted.
In 9 x 13-inch greased pan, add 1/2 of noodles.
Spread in pan.
Add not quite 1/2 of cheese sauce. Spread evenly.
Add mashed potatoes on top of noodles and cheese. Add remaining noodles and cheese sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown or 30 minutes.
