Quick And Easy Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium white potatoes
    4 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Place in a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with flour and pour milk to cover.
    Stir potatoes with a fork so that all are well coated with flour and milk.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with the grated cheese and dot with butter.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 4.
