Chicken Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can Las Palmas Green chili enchilada sauce
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken breasts
    12 corn tortillas
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    chopped black olives, chopped onions, sour cream (optional topping)
Preparation
    Mix shredded chicken and 1/2 cup green enchilada sauce in saucepan.
    Fry tortillas in vegetable oil until medium fry.
    Dip tortilla in green enchilada sauce.
    Scoop chicken; sprinkle cheese inside and roll tortilla.
    Repeat steps for each tortilla.
    Put enchiladas in tray and spread leftover enchilada sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
