Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
    2 large pkg. fat-free instant vanilla pudding
    4 c. skim milk
    1 (12 oz.) container fat-free Cool Whip
Preparation
    Tear up angel food cake and lay in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
    In large bowl, cream the cream cheese.
    Add pudding and milk and mix for 1 minute.
    Stir in drained pineapple.
    Pour mixture over cake and top with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
