Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. margarine
sprinkle of nutmeg (on top)
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together and let stand until you mix and roll out single pie crust.
Fill pie crust and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425\u00b0; turn down temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
