Butterscotch Oaties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    3/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. rolled oats
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine butterscotch morsels and butter; melt over boiling water.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix boiling water with baking soda and add to butterscotch mixture.
    Gradually blend in the remaining ingredients.
    Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen cookies.
