Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow or white cake mix
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 can cherry pie filing
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut in thin slices
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Dump undrained pineapple into pan. Spread evenly. Dump in pie filling and spread evenly.
    Dump dry cake mix onto cherry layer. Spread evenly. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix. Put butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Very good with whipped cream.
