Corn Oyster Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) cans condensed oyster stew
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    1 (1 lb.) can whole corn
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento strips
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine oyster stew, corn, 1 1/4 cups crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and pimentos.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine margarine and 1/2 cup crumbs; sprinkle around edge of corn mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until knife inserted halfway comes out clean.
